Serial clinical photographs of androgenetic alopecia before and after hair transplantation.
(Before) Baseline photograph demonstrates advanced androgenetic alopecia with marked thinning over the frontal, temporal, and vertex regions, along with significant recession of the anterior hairline and overall reduced scalp hair density.
(After) Follow-up photograph obtained after hair transplantation shows marked improvement in hair density, with restoration of frontal hairline contours, increased coverage in the frontal and mid-scalp regions, and a visibly fuller and more uniform scalp appearance compared with baseline.
