(Before) Baseline photograph shows extensive diffuse alopecia areata involving the vertex and parietal scalp, characterized by large irregular patches of hair loss and marked thinning throughout the affected areas.

(After) Follow-up photograph obtained approximately 7 weeks after treatment demonstrates partial regrowth of thin, short hairs over previously bald patches, with improved overall hair density compared with baseline.
