Serial clinical photographs of diffuse alopecia areata before and after Follicular Signaling Enhancement (FSE).
(Before) Baseline photograph shows extensive diffuse alopecia areata involving the vertex and parietal scalp, characterized by large irregular patches of hair loss and marked thinning throughout the affected areas.
(After) Follow-up photograph obtained approximately 7 weeks after treatment demonstrates partial regrowth of thin, short hairs over previously bald patches, with improved overall hair density compared with baseline.
